Buyer Letter of Intent (non-binding)
States a buyer's serious interest in a specified quantity and grade so that ARAM can approach producers. It creates no obligation to buy or sell.

3. Terms of this letter
This letter expresses intent only. It is not an offer, an acceptance or a contract, and neither party is bound until a written sales contract is signed by both.
ARAM will share supplier identities only after both parties have completed KYC and signed a confidentiality agreement.
No fees are payable by the buyer to ARAM or to any supplier in connection with this letter.
This letter is valid for 30 days from the date of signature unless extended in writing.
