Wholesale Terms

Additional terms for volume and business purchasing.

Template document

This is a good-faith template written for a business of this type. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer in any jurisdiction. Have it reviewed against the law where you operate and where you sell before relying on it commercially.

01Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is released to accounts that have completed business verification. Verification confirms you are a business purchasing for professional use and is a manual review.

02Volume tiers

Tier pricing is set per material and applies to the quantity on a single order line. Not every material is available at every tier — inventory determines what can be offered, and each listing states its own MOQ.

For high-value and scarce materials, exact pricing is not published and is quoted per lot, quantity and destination.

03Lot reservation

We can reserve quantity against a specific lot for a defined period. A reservation holds stock; it is not a price guarantee beyond any period we state in writing, and it does not create a contract of sale on its own.

04Documentation

Documentation is provided per lot where it exists. We do not supply a report from one lot as though it described another, and we do not issue documentation we do not hold. If your specification requires a document we cannot supply, we will tell you before you order.
