Terms of Sale

A listing is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract forms only when we confirm acceptance. We may decline an order — including after it has been placed — where stock, export eligibility, documentation or destination regulations do not permit supply. If we do, we will refund any payment taken.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude shipping, duties and taxes. Where no verified price exists for a material, the listing asks for a quote instead of showing a figure.

Invoice and bank transfer terms are available only to verified business accounts and require approval before dispatch. We do not receive or store raw card details at any point.

Natural materials vary between batches in colour, viscosity, odour profile and analytical composition. This is inherent to the category and is not a defect. Where continuity matters to you, reserve volume against a single lot rather than reordering against a product name over time — we will help you do that.

Materials are supplied for fragrance, cosmetic and technical evaluation by qualified professionals. Suitability for your specific application, and compliance with the regulations governing your finished product, are your responsibility to determine.

No material is supplied for ingestion. Nothing on this site is a representation that any material is safe or legally marketable as a food, flavouring or supplement.

Risk passes on delivery to the carrier or to you, according to the agreed shipping terms. Title passes when payment clears in full.
