Returns Policy

Our sample programme exists because natural materials vary and because returns of opened aromatic materials are generally not possible. Evaluate before committing to volume — this is the single most effective protection available to you.

We will accept a return where the material is materially not as described, where the wrong item was supplied, or where the material was damaged in transit and you notify us promptly with evidence.

We cannot accept returns of opened containers, decanted material, or material that has been stored outside the stated conditions, because we cannot verify its integrity afterwards and cannot resell it.

Batch-to-batch variation within the normal range for a natural material is not grounds for return. Nor is a change of formulation direction after purchase.

Contact us with your order number and, where relevant, photographs and the lot code on the container. Do not return anything before we have confirmed it in writing — regulated materials in particular cannot simply be posted back.
