Sourcing Terms

Terms for custom sourcing requests.

Effective 6 August 2026

Template document

This is a good-faith template written for a business of this type. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer in any jurisdiction. Have it reviewed against the law where you operate and where you sell before relying on it commercially.

01No guarantee of availability

We investigate availability against known and prospective supply. We do not guarantee that a material can be sourced, at any price or in any timeframe, and we will tell you plainly when we cannot supply something rather than leaving a request open indefinitely.

02Legality first

We will not source material where the legal harvesting or export position cannot be documented. For CITES-listed species that means a verifiable permit pathway to your destination — not an assurance that a shipment will probably clear.

03Confidentiality

We treat the detail of your sourcing requirement as confidential. Equally, supplier and producer identity is confidential to us and is frequently a condition of the relationship; we disclose origin and processing without naming the supplier.
