Minerals
No. ARAM is a sourcing and brokerage business. We connect verified buyers with verified African producers and manage verification, assay and documentation. Mine sites shown on mineral pages are third-party operations shown for context.
Use Request supply: choose the mineral, the product form and grade, the volume, destination and Incoterm. You receive a reference number immediately and can follow the request in your account.
Offer details are shown only to verified companies. Complete business verification in your account; gold needs a further approval, and uranium is information only.
Only in the forms and volumes the producing country allows. The DRC runs export quotas for cobalt, and Zimbabwe and Namibia ban the export of unprocessed lithium ore. Each mineral page lists the current rules, and the export-rules register lists them all by country.
By independent sampling and assay at the load port, with sealed samples for buyer, seller and an umpire laboratory named in the contract. Price is settled on the agreed result, not on the seller's certificate alone.
Yes, with mine-of-origin evidence and OECD-aligned due diligence. We do not list 3TG or gold without it.
No. We never ask buyers for fees to release documents, cargo or introductions. Treat any such request made in our name as fraud and tell us.
General
The catalogue currently runs on clearly marked demonstration data. Botanical information, extraction methods and technical descriptions are accurate. Quantities, lot codes, prices and documentation status are illustrative and are not offers to sell. Every affected record is marked with a sample-data indicator.
No. We are a sourcing and distribution business. We do not own farms, distilleries, laboratories or warehouses, and we do not claim to. Where a lot is described as verified, that is a documentary and relationship claim about that batch, not a claim about facilities we operate.
Samples
No. Sample requests are reviewed individually and we confirm availability, cost and shipping eligibility in writing before anything is dispatched. Some materials are available in evaluation quantities at cost; others, particularly high-value and regulated materials, are not sampled at all. Submitting a request does not entitle the requester to a free sample.
Sizes from 1 g to 25 g, depending on the material. Scarce and high-value materials are typically offered at 1–2 g; commodity materials at larger sizes. Availability is stated on each product listing rather than promised generally.
Wherever stock allows, samples are drawn from the lot referenced on the listing. Where that is not possible we say so explicitly. If you are evaluating for a volume commitment, ask us to confirm the lot before you assess — this is the single most important thing to get right when buying natural materials.
Wholesale & pricing
MOQ is set per material and shown on each product listing. It ranges from 1 g for the scarcest materials to several kilograms for commodity items. There is no blanket minimum order value.
Because no verified price applies. For scarce, regulated or highly variable materials, price depends on the specific lot, the quantity and the destination. Publishing a figure that would not survive contact with your actual requirement would be misleading, so those materials carry a quote request instead.
Submit your company details for business verification from your account area. Verification is a manual review. Once complete, wholesale price tiers and restricted lot documentation are released to your account.
Documentation
Documentation is catalogued per lot and per product. Where a document exists it is listed with its access level; where it does not, the listing says 'available upon request' or 'not currently available'. We do not supply a document from one lot as though it described another.
Access depends on the document. Safety data sheets are public. Certificates of analysis are released to account holders. GC-MS reports and some origin documentation are released to verified business accounts. Internal supplier documentation is never released.
Compliance & regulation
In this catalogue, all Aquilaria species (agarwood and oud) and Osyris lanceolata are CITES-listed and flagged as regulated on their listings. Appendix II listing means international movement requires an export permit from the country of origin, and most destinations require corresponding import documentation. We assess permit pathways per shipment and per destination before quoting.
Suitability for any specific application is the formulator's responsibility to determine. We supply botanical identity, allergen information and analytical documentation where they exist, so that assessment can be made properly. We do not certify materials as fit for a purpose we have not evaluated.
No material in this catalogue is supplied for ingestion, and nothing on this site should be read as a representation that any material is safe or legally marketable for that purpose. Materials are supplied for fragrance, cosmetic and technical evaluation by qualified professionals.
Shipping & export
Shipping eligibility is assessed per destination and per material. Some materials are subject to export or import restriction, and some are restricted by carriers on transport-classification grounds. We assess this before dispatch and will contact you if any line cannot be shipped to your destination.
Transit estimates are shown only where the configured shipping lane provides one. Where no estimate is shown, we have not published one, because an invented delivery date is worse than none. Customs clearance times are outside our control in all cases.
The buyer is the importer of record unless otherwise agreed in writing. Duties, import taxes and clearance charges are the buyer's responsibility. Taxes are not calculated at checkout.
Materials
Because natural materials vary by harvest, season, growing conditions, harvest timing and processing practice. This is inherent to the category rather than a defect. If you need continuity across a production run, reserve volume against a single lot rather than reordering against the product name over time.
